My good shoulder has been nagging at me for the last couple of days. I opted just for a run this morning and skipped the weights. I also had a couple of great big burgers yesterday and the day before. I figured I'd get a couple in before really restricting the calorie intake. Now...it's time.

...time to dial it in!

Well, I've been hitting the gym pretty regularly since getting back home to the states. I feel pretty good about my strength and cardio right now. Now it's time to get in a lot of mat time and also start shedding the extra pounds and get down to competition weight.

I'm going to Salem to watch/coach our team at the UCS/Subleague tournament. I'm hoping to get some motivation for myself from the event as well.

Today was my last serving of creatine/nos for awhile. Now, I can start the shredding process...time to dial it in.
